this coming week is going to be pretty busy. the kids are all out of school . my mom is wanting to come stay and visit. and I have to work 12hr shift on Monday. might not be hitting the weights as much. so I went to the gym with that in mind yesterday and absolutely destroyed chest, back, Tris, bis and shoulders... you know all the good stuff 😁...... but ate like a little bikini model. I came in 1200 cals under maintenance goal 😑 . and my post workout meal was complete trash... a greasy mess (and gave me the 💩). kinda disappointed.
