Okay. Back on the app. Have 5 days to lose 10 kgs. Sigh. Really though, going away this weekend then more regional trips then Xmas and everything that brings, I can’t afford to keep doing what I have been doing. Baby steps. If I can lost a few kgs before Xmas and not put on any I think that would be good. So, 5 nights alcohol free. Starting tonight. Not keto, but salads and healthy eating in that time. Breakout at the weekend, at least that’s the plan.
