Yep. I've figured this out. Many many years of reading and research and n=1 experimentation and I can officially say I have the recipe for my own success. Losing weight is much easier now and I'm enjoying life. I feel rested, yet energized, and the focus to accomplish lots of things in my personal and work life. I don't want this to be only about me so please ask if you have questions and are struggling. I'd be happy to help. That's what we're here for. By the way, I updated my goal weight (down another 5 lbs) because it's amazing that the more weight you lose the more you *still* have to lose. :)
