I'm still struggling to eat enough. I'm considering switching my diet from Dukan so I can eat fruit. I'm not getting enough calories and I miss fruit in the diet. Grandson came for a week's visit today. I don't know if an 11yo and all the treats around here will interfere with dieting. I hope not.
