Just off of vacation and I did a good job of sticking to my WOE and avoided nearly all junk. In the end it worked out because I am down again. Starting yesterday I started a 30-day challenge which includes a "diet reset", cutting out gluten, sugars, and other potentially inflammatory foods, along with a daily exercise routine. I'll be doing T25 over the next 30 days. I hope to see this last 10 lbs come off over the next month. This would put me in the much coveted one-derland! Have a great week!
