Wow .. I'm a little shocked. Last week, I was bemoaning the fact that I'd gained back the two pounds that I'd lost the previous week. This week's weigh-in I was hoping to get back those two pounds. I thought it would be cool if I lost three pounds, but those two were all I was hoping for. Well .. I weighed in, and I'd lost SIX pounds! I'm still in shock. I know that I've been trying to cut back a little, because I was worried that I'd been eating too much and that was what made me gain back those two pounds, but I never thought I'd cut out THAT much. :-) SO .. now, I know that if I can keep up what I've been doing, I won't have a problem keeping to my two pounds a week goal. Have I mentioned recently how great I think this site is? :-)

Cool...this will be me on Friday next. Actually like your expectations I will be happy with getting my 2 back and 3 would be cool. Six would be really cool....you are catching up...LOL.
