I restarted my diet and a fitness program on Feb 28th - a present to myself for my birthday - and weighed in at 238. I lost 10lbs the first week and then my grandmother died...back to 235...then after 2 more weeks of portion control (kinda) and 6 days of exercise, I've lost 7lbs...and I'll check my inches tomorrow and will likely be blown away by those improvements!! I am going to REALLY start my diet again - soon. maybe tomorrow. I like the idea of starting things at the beginning of the week.
