I am working hard to maintain. I just read the journal of a gal on this site who is losing and her numbers are 120-140 for carbs and 1500-1600 calories. My aim for calories is the same as hers, but my carbs are more like 50-70, so I just learned something from her, perhaps I can boost my carbs up a little higher and still maintain. We are having a heat wave and I don't go out after 10:30 am, unless it is to the store. Temperatures are in the 3 digits by 11. I have been helping my husband stain the deck and it is hard work plus the fumes make me sick. I have made up my mind I am not going to do any more spindles that I can't reach from the ground. Leaning over the railing and painting those spindles with my head down is for the birds, I get sick just thinking about it.
