Calorie counting definitely works better than a diet. As I'm increasing my intake to reach my target of 1100-1200 the weight is dropping off faster. I'd set my original goal as a target to reach by new year, I'm beginning to think that I'll be reaching it a month earlier than planned 😁♥️
