8 months progress. Hard to compare. But that's the only before picture I had of my back. I don't even remember that being taken. First one is at probably around 183-185lbs second one about 196ish. It's harder to put on weight then it is to lose it!

At my age gaining muscle tissue is close to impossible. Extremely hard, way way more pain than gain. Endless recovery times. Enjoy your youth and drive this advantage at the most you can get before you enter the fifties.
