3 x eggs, 3x Tbs fat free plain yoghurt or fat free cream cheese, 1/2 tsp baking powder or cream of tartar. Separate eggs, and beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until very stiff, beat the egg yolks and yoghurt until fully combined, then fold the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture. Do not over mix, it needs to be fully incorporated but still fluffy. Scoop large spoons full of the batter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 180° C for 30 minutes. Allow to cool and eat with any topping just like any other bread😁
