Freakin munchies tonight ! since late afternoon actually. Just kinda mildly noshing here and there. Sent my crew home early due to snow, so quiet and alone at the distribution center. Was getting nervous about calories,(As I was LOVING those dino nuggets!!!) but since I just added it all up no real damage done. Woo hoo! Not a big excercise day, but did do my push up challenge. Bonus! Still get to have my favorite cottage cheese and mangos snck and stay at around 1700. ps: Thanks for all of the good tips and support as my cliff has become a plateau! I'm sure its temporary and Ill keep doing what Ive been doing... and trying the suggested mods!
