Another day totally flat...

Generally speaking my body is starting to feel better, still a bit of the stomach grumbles and feeling bubbly but its getting better.

My weight goal is 54/55 but I'm starting to wonder if my body is resisting to want to go down. After dipping down to 59 for about a month I'm back up in the early 60's range.

While for me I feel I looked the best at the 54 mark I'm starting to wonder if I need to just accept that this might be my natural balanced weight. I guess it'll take the the next couple of months to find out how this all plays out. But I feel like I've been stuck in this 59/60 range for quite some monthns now.

Its not that I look bad now on this range, I just know that when I look back at pics the lower range I feel I looked better. People tend to have mixed opinions.

I think I'm about to enter the PMS zone over the next week - so curious how thats going to go. Every month is very different.

So for now what I want is to include all the foods I want to continue eating, and see with this foods included (mostly its yogurt) if I can keep balance.
