Okay!! Time to get serious again! I have certain goals I will get to I want to be able to run and participate in runs....lose another 40 pounds and get a flat stomach and be toned. I know that thiis is achieve able as I've done it before. It is a perfect time in my life to make these lifestyle changes for good and the only one that is in my way is myself! My first 5 k starts this Saturday.. I plan to walk it but soon.willl work upto running them I'm going to write out my specific goals and put them on my wall to.see daily.
