Slept 6.2hrs last night. To bed 125am. Awake 935am by alarm.

L 1227pm: whole wheat tortilla, cucumber, egg salad, baby bok choy, 4 prunes, 2 water
D 432pm: 2 Water, big veggie salad with tuna salad, feta cheese & vinaigrette dressing, coffee, 2 water
Sn 847pm: homemade Tomato Black Bean & Corn Soup, 2 water

72g protein, 2303mg sodium, 1304 calories, 10 cups water

I made a batch of easy & tasty soup this evening:
Tomato, black bean & Corn Soup - makes 5 servings of ~ 2 cups each serving)
🍅796mL can crushed tomatoes (salt is already in this ingredient)
398mL can black beans
270g frozen corn niblets
1/2 diced onion
2 stalks diced celery
2 tbsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
500mL water
Put in crockpot on high for 1 1/2 hours.
Each serving is 205 calories, 11.65g protein, 580mg sodium (from the crushed tomatoes) Next time I will use a can of 'no salt added' diced tomatoes
