Finally slept before 10pm last night my body literally crashed, Feeling great today, happy with weight-loss and everything else, the chicken dinner yesterday was too good so much flavour I forgot I was on a diet. Trick is to stick to chilli based flavour seems to be lower in both carbs and calories. Will see how I go. Ketones down to 0.9 mmol/L but not too worried given the weight-loss.
