Ugh when you have a craving and can’t sleep so you eat a bologna sandwich and drink a Pepsi at 5am. Just blow over 400 of my calories for the day. Looks like today might end up being a higher calorie day. I want go over my recommended calories just over my goal calories. Hopefully I fall back to sleep soon been laying awake since 3am didn’t fall asleep until 12:30am.
