Life is funny, Rick. Yesterday I was teamed up at work with a young man half my age who aspires to be a competitive bodybuilder. This guy is kinda quiet and reserved, a bit socially awkward, but I found common ground by asking him who he likes in terms of bodybuilding and fitness gurus…Greg Doucette? Jeff Cavalier? Anyhow we had a good discussion and then it was lunch time…he pulled into Little Caesar’s and had an 1800 calorie pizza. I almost died 🤣🤣🤣.
