horrible weekend....my kids had a stomach infection and my husband and i had to help at a wedding. we had to travel six hours by car. there was no time to plan for healthy meals and the people we ate with always made horrible food options. luckily we had a big box if apples. there was fruit at the wedding. i ate badly but i tried to pack in as ma y apples as i could and it seems that i did t pick up weight. great news for me and a good learning curve. kifs ate ok now.back home safe and sound.
