cant say i have been following much of a healthy eating pattern....still working out 5x a week but as we all know exercise is not enough, its only about 20% effective. So, i have decided that i wont get serious with my eating until September 1 as its my bday next week and ITS SUMMER DAMMIT!!! Going to try to be good the odd day but likely will be a train wreck and enjoy this summer. Life is good :)
