Very good - Water is good for you. You should drink 6 to 8 glasses of water - everyday.

If you go to YouTube - they have lots of videos about how to cook different foods. Everyone had to learn how to cook foods - even how to make scrambled eggs is cooking. Everyone here had to learn how to cook different foods. Lots of cooking instructions on YouTube videos.

I have kidney disease , which is shocking as I naturally am a big water drinker. So I love your pic! My grandmother always used to hold up a glass of water and say this is worth more than gold!! If she was still with us to see your photo she’d approve wholeheartedly!!💖💖
