I hope that scale says 185 tomorrow! It did this morning, but I like to give it a couple consecutive days. Good busy work day, very low caloric intake...lowest yet I think, and nit intentionally depriving myself, just really only eating when hungry.
Rotator cuff / shoulders barking at me again, going to get a massage as I do not want to stop my push ups...they are starting to show a bit! Well see. Peace y'all
