hi everyone! Im really interested in fasting for a day once a week. Anyone done this? It seems like a challenge I'd like to try out

I do a born day fast every week. It’s fasting on the day you were born. For me it’s mostly for spiritual reasons however, even nutrition wise; it helps lower your week average of calorie intake. Plus, it resets your body for a day.

I do this- in fact there are a lot of studies showing benefits to one 14-36 hour fast each week. I do 24 hours.
