It's interesting how technology has changed in the realm of tracking your health. All of my devices are linked now. So, when I weigh myself, my Arboleaf scale transmits the data to an app on my phone, which shares it with my Health app, which enters it into FatSecret. My Apple Watch shares my exercise, BP, blood O2, and EKG readings with my Health app and sends the calories burned to FatSecret. My Omron Connect sphygmomanometer also transmits my BP to the Health app. FatSecret shares my daily nutrition data with the Health app. All of my medical appointments, prescriptions, test results, doctor's notes, etc. are in the MyChart app, which also transmits to the Health app. Its truly a different world than the one I grew up in.
