Today is my Birthday, going to cheat a bit. Co-Workers took me to McDonald's for lunch had a value meal #2, I knew that it was bad for you, but didn't know it was that bad; that one meal had more cal and fat then I eat most days all day!!! WoW!!!! Also my wife made a German Chocolate Cake for me, and it would be rude not to partake right?
