Had the last of the shrimp casserole last night paired with aparagus, so I have no more leftovers in my fridge. I'm making a chicken pasta puttenseca dish tonight and my wife is having some leftovers she made last week but is too sweet for me.
After my terrible weekend, I got back on the bike yesterday. I comparatively eased into it (10.5 miles vs. pushing for 11.0 in 40 minutes), because I didn't really work out a ton last week and I was avoiding injury. Then we had our homeowners' association annual meeting and I was nominated for the Board. We'll see how that goes. The current treasurer's term is up this year, so I suppose I will suceed him.
