Got the Rona 🦠 a little while ago, lost my appetite pretty much completely and quite a bit of weight, ended up putting most of it back on when started eating again bar 0.3kg. That's where it stops! Fully recovered now and getting back on it! Hitting the gym for the first time in a month tonight too! 💪🦵
