Haven't journaled for a while, sticking with the program, changing eating habits again. Had been hitting the wine heavier than usual, driving up my calorie intake. Taking a break from wine for a few days, maybe!

Hurt my back lifting weights so have been a little lax in the gym, spent 2 hours with my daughter at her gym on Sunday. That was fun, nice to get out of the same gym rut.

Hurray it is nearly warm enough to be outside more, looking forward to some sun and dry weather. The PNW is horrid this time of year, we get a peak at the sun for a partial day then the clouds and rain are back. Most of us are really sick of it by March.
