Well I just challenged my sister to a 30 day diet and workout challenge! We are starting with a 7 day cabbage soup diet...then a low carb/high protein diet. I am cutting out all peanut butter and chocolate..my two downfalls. I am cutting back to only 1 12 pack of diet sodas a week. We are going to do 50 crunches, 20 squats and 15 minutes of vigorous freestyle dance with 7 days a week. 3 times a week we will walk briskly for 30 minutes. We will increase these numbers each week. Our goal is to be at 150 by Christmas! Sisters are by nature competitive...so this is stepping it up! Wish me luck!!!
