my body is living in a parallel universe this week. down 2lbs... after close to 4700 cals yesterday. I woke up at 2am and couldn't go back to sleep. weighed myself and was 196.2. cool, I was up alittle. layed back down tossed and turned until 4am. got up weighed myself again 🤣 195.4. down alittle. went back to bed again until 5am. got up, peed this time weighed again. 193.8... well chit. try for a gain next week.
