Day 6 of the GM Cleanse Diet and I'm feeling great. I don't think it's as much of the food that is making me feel good, it's that I actually followed the rules for a restrictive diet for 5.5 days. I traditionally have no will power. But this week, I've done it!
It's my 35th birthday today. I probably should have thought the timing through of this diet but I just wanted to get started! So I'm taking the approach that even my birthday isn't an excuse to look away from a 7 day goal. Hubby and I agreed to celebrate this weekend, in a healthy way. No cake. Good decision, IMO.
