I feel like I’m failing..I’ve been slacking for a few months & have gained some weight back. I’m gonna try and start back today. I did good at breakfast at least..

Everyone has times that they don't eat as healthy as they can/should! You are not failing, you are learning how to care for your body. You recognized the issue and you are working to do better. That is the road to success. Keep on keeping on! That road does not have an end point. It is The Journey of Life. You only fail if you stop.

Hey Hannah I've gained some weight myself during my brother's two month visit.. We're naturally big people without even trying we can gain weight just by looking at food hahahha... You just gotta use the app you know, and divide your food up along the day so that you have enough at night so you don't feel hungry and wake up and then be forced to snack.. Cardio and coffee are two great appetite suppressants (black coffee without sugar or milk! 😋)... Don't beat yourself up and remember why you're doing this in the first place, losing fat is for your health first and foremost, and for your own satisfaction when you look at yourself, not for making anyone else look at you more positively.. So if working out and dieting is starting to hurt you mentally you need to find a different approach so you don't get fatigued
