Happy Monday - got a new scale that calculates body percentages so that’s pretty cool. I’ve been curious for a while now and it was fairly affordable.

I got the “RENPHO Body Fat Scale Smart BMI Scale Digital Bathroom Wireless Weight Scale, Body Composition Analyzer with Smartphone App sync with Bluetooth” off of Amazon - it’s about $30

I need a new one. keeps listing me at 20%. granted it's higher than when I got my dexa scan (that said 13 and my scale said 18-20.) but my abs are the best indicator. when they're in I'm lean. currently they're well protected under a layer of bubble wrap 😝😝
