Family in town. I’ve been eating everything in sight and feel like a whale. Good news is I feel somewhat normal today and family leaves tomorrow. All these carbs should equate to great workouts when I workout again 😊 Seattle Wheel pictured here.

Enjoy your family. Love the photo. Have some fresh oysters for me. Nothing that fresh here in AZ without it costing a bunch to get it shipped in.

You're gonna cream the workout! You're not gonna lose your progress in a week lol. If you do, just take the next week to lose the fat to match 👌

Thanks all! We haven’t been to the gym much in the last month. Some small health issues and life. Getting ok with it, but definitely need to make it at least once a week. The weather is getting nasty, but we live in such a beautiful place and the weather is the cause.
