This is my daughter (only 13 years old) weightloss journey
she was feeling depressed with no self esteem. January 2021 we started our weightloss journey together with a dietician who worked out a eating plan for us. We started changing our bad eating habits and the results are awesome!!!
up to date she has lost almost 20kg!!! Feeling sooo good about herself!
she is such a big inspiration to me! for a child at this age to have this great willpower is just amazing!!!!
