Hello all. Not a lot to say tonight. tired, Should go to bed so I dont feel like snacking later...but I am a freakin night owl! Right now calorie count is good. A lot of walking around and housework today, but no "on purpose" calisthenics. Very busy. Not gonna trip, as I ll be busting my hump at work tomorrow! Thanks all for the support. If you are new and reading this...buddy up and do it! This site is very cool and helpful.
