Hah! got my walk and push ups in after all! feels good. Wife and son hit the hay, so I hit the road!

Busy Saturday, Not a lot pf "formal exercise, but almost no sitting around either. Out and about most of the day.Did get a half an hour swim in with my son and some yard work.Probably do some sit ups and crunches while Im watching hoops. at where I want to be calorie wise right now, but the night is young hee hee.

So today was a kids birthday party, had to go straight there from a meeting. I had 1 slice pepperoni and one slice cheese pizza, and no cake.I am really seeing that descent choices can be made even when I have little control over what is being served. I am also of the mind that I am going to allow foods that I enjoy here and there or I will get pissed and fail. We went to dennys because my skinny little son is a pancake junkie. I had an egg white veggie omelette, and yes keep the cheese ON that baby please! (see above) I entered it as a regular old omelet with regular eggs. Cottage cheese and fruit. Again, good choices can be made if the food is available.
