208 lbs today, a lot of that is water weight from Thanksgiving here in Canada. Reminder to all my Canadian friends, everybody will weigh a couple pounds more this week because of Thanksgiving. Let’s not take it as a sign of weakness, or defeat. It’s a Small Road bump in the journey of fitness and losing weight. Just got back on that bike, put on the running shoes, grab the gym bag and let’s get back to it. 💪🏼💪🏼
