I haven't weighed in the last couple of days, slight fluctuation up today but nothing really to worry about.
I've been doing a lot of cooking and baking... even finally started my own food blog which I've been meaning to do for a long time.

Basically I'm going to enter what I'm making, all low carb of course... its still just starting out so not too much to see yet but gotta start somewhere :)
But all this cooking and baking does mean lots of eating and tasting so will need to find some balance there to not equate getting fat!
