Went 2 weeks on 1000 calories a day :( not affective like last time back on 1200 - 1500 again

For some reason my weight remains the same if I go anything below 1200 even if its something crazy like only 650 calories a day.. i feel like i see the best results when I'm between 1200 and 1700 calories.

Been reading up on Metabolism Adaptation and I think that’s what causes most of us to plateau like what you’re going through now, I’ve seen most studies suggest an increase of 50 to 100 cals/wk to get your metabolism back up

I agree with this. If I try a calorie drop ml very quickly my body goes in to starvation mode. Also have the best results around at least 1500cal pd
