New day. Over my "slip " last night (early AM actually) Just could not sleep and had me a snack, and got all up in my head about it. In doing so I forgot a couple of things.
1. I still came in below my RDI for the day. I am so fixated on keeping at or below 1700 cals that I veiwed going over THAT (1700) as a big ass failure.
2.I am hard on myself, always have been. I cant forget that I have been generally keeping with the plan very well!
3. I had my lowest weigh in yet this morning, but I want to see it 2 days in a row to beleive it.
4. I gotta keep his thing healthy and enjoyable, and avoid treading into obsesso freak mode!!
