WHOOPSIE!Well, it WAS the best calorie day, til I couldnt sleep and was up waaaay too long!Though tecnically the calories are tommorows (2 am)
I am entering as today, as I consider SLEEP the divide. Had a peice of Nanas Mexican cornbread. It was one of those things. Not gonna beat myself up about it, just gonna go on. I also have to remember I was still well below my RDI, but above my personal goal of 1700 calories or less.

Before the above, I was here:
Good day calorie wise. Past two nights kind of hungry at home, but did not trip out and eat badly. Admittedly a bit more will power and hungry thinking, but tonight nice and smooth. Actually my lowest calorie intake in a while.
Got my walk in, and took a day off from push ups.
