I woke feeling totally bloated and dehydrated. .. my fingers looked like little sausages!

seeing this i figured that I'm retaining water and was ready for a higher weight - but flat to yesterday. really surprised me!

I had an allergy attack suddenly last night and guess the tablet could have caused me to bloat.

could also just be tom bloat as well.
either way... as long as I stay flat or go down I'm happy.
