going to avoid the weigh in. I weighed in. 2 days ago and had finally broke the 170s for the umpteenth time. only to make the best vegetarian green curry. I of course had to make rice. I did only make a cup, in my defense. lol but, I have not had carbs like that in a minute. broke my fast with it and decided to fast until dinner as a result. ergggg. one day of pleasure is hardly worth it. all I keep thinking of is the leftovers. 🤨🍛
