yesterday, well last night actually, I just ate like there was no tomorrow.

Maybe it's just a tom thing... but there was no stopping me. The peanutbutter and I bonded :-)

along with many other food groups. ..

I was well over my limit of 1400cals set here and even more over my norm limit of around 1200-1300.
net carbs were happily inline so no worries overall which is the thing I love about living low carb - stick to your limits, eat reasonable and all should be fine.

Most of the calories came from heavier fat meat which is fine and peanuts, also fine.

little fluctuations going on but nothing to worry about as they are not big enough to be worth any issue.

as a woman I cannot be accountable for the next couple of days :-) hahahaha
