Hope everyone is having a really good day!! Nice and busy at work, eating well and drinking a lot of water. Walking every day regardless of weather. I love it anyway...just slap on the headphones and hear my favotite podcasts.
Push ups are really coming easy. I think I do need to take a day of to rest muscles...I know I am supposed toand I do not want to be the over-doing spaz that I usually am and re injur my shoulder. It just feels good to drop down on my noon walk and bust em out!!I think I will go Pushups one day, Crunches the next and alternate. The weight room still calls, but not quite loudly enough yet!!
