Hitting the road soon, but off to a good start this morning. I woke up with a bit of a headache, but instead of running for the pain reliever, I did a quick workout (squats, sit-ups, push-ups, and burpees) and it seems to have chased it away.
Not sure what opportunities I'll have to log and check in. I think I'm sort of addicted to this site (and my buddies), but I'm confident that I can have a fun vacation and still make responsible choices.
