There is no shortcut. It takes time to build a better, stronger version of yourself.
I really need to remember these words. Sometimes I just wish I could get results overnight, and that doesn't happen. Leading me to just wanting to give up. Then I go back to binge eating, and actually just make everything worse for myself. This wasn't a good week for me. I started out good, then somebody in a shop had something nasty to say about my weight, and that led to me spiralling out of control and taking to eating to make myself feel better. I need to learn not to let somebody else's opinion affect me that much, and rather work on building myself up and continue on my weightloss journey. Tomorrow is weigh in day and I'm so scared to see the damage that I have done to myself this past week. But I guess it's time for me to learn from my mistakes
. I am going to build a healthier, fitter, stronger me, no matter how long it takes!
