Moving into "serious losing" phase right now. I've had a rough few weeks lately....really, really rough. I did OK eating-wise, but it's time to get back to what I was doing pre-major life stresses. Still have a lot going on, but the major part of each crisis has already occurred.

Sometimes it takes all you've got just to get through stuff. Sounds like you stayed on track fairly well and now you can concentrate on you. I've found the journal feature to be very helpful in getting stuff out of my system. Go figure - I was never the type to write in a diary, but now I enjoy jotting down thoughts each day. I wish you luck with your 'serious losing' phase and hope you see corresponding big results!
