Did GREAT until yesterday during which I imploded... in large part because my cravings humbled me due to being discouraged over lack of progress. A weak conclusion to an otherwise strong week that I'll need to work even harder at this week to see loss the following one. I MUST stay off the scale except for my weigh-in date (Mondays when I wake).
